We met these folks in Rancho Jurupa. They are from Germany & have been traveling all over the world, note all the stickers on the side of the truck. They have put 250,000 miles on this truck, that does not enclude the ocean trips. They spent a year in South America, worked their way up to Central and now the States. Their kids came in from Germany for a 17 day tour of our parks then home. This couple are going through Canada to Alaska then back to Halifax to ship the vehicle and themselves back home.
This is a side shoot of the truck. It is the same type used racing the Dakar. It is very durable and few problems. A trip home for a year and then they are going to Russia in this vehicle.
