Minnsesota to New York

Someone is installing an old town clock on the front lawn.
Below are a few of the strange things we have seen around as we took drives.

Peonies from our friends Dick and Carol

Does that smile tell you he won the fishing competition between he and Dick?

A few photos of the July 4th boat parade in MN

Old motor homes don't die they just get stored in the yard.

Another strange thing in one of the fields.

If you do not take care of your home it could look like this one.

More strange stuff.

Look before you cross. This little deer is looking to stay alive.

We stopped at a Farmers Market and there was a animal rescue place. There were many more than these few.

Bil seemed to think I qualified for the sign. This is the man that showed us the animals.

The street below is one of the ones in the city this sign referred to.

This and following are some of the sights at a lighthouse we stopped to see.

See Bil on the steps?

I walked out on the rocks to take a photo of Bil on the steps.

Strange flower-I have no idea what it is.

Snow packer before plows were used

Old church at Baraga MI

building painted in Baraga Mi to look like it had windows etc.

Lake Superior looked really muddy. Part blue and muddy on both sides of the clear water.

This and following are the Soo Locks on St Mary's River in MI. We took a ride down them.

A building on the Canadian side of the locks.

When the locks close people walk across to fish. This is from the Canadian side an island of their side.

You can see how much water was removed by the water line.

This was another light house we visited.

The stairs to the top and back with Bil descending them below.

A very gnarly tree on the grounds.
